Our last tip focused on strategies for finding and vetting funding. Most often, we think of federal funders for research, but there are several other sources to support your work that you may not have considered yet!
California State Funding
Run by the California State Library, the California Grants Portal is the place to find grants and loans offered by California state agencies. This site features only active funding opportunities, so you may also want to browse individual state funders for opportunities that are upcoming as well.
